Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions

This Policy sets out the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the bhumi.by website (hereinafter, the Website) in accordance with Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z of 7 May 2021 “On Personal Data Protection”.

2. What Data We Process

  • data you provide in the “Get a Consultation” form: name, phone number, e-mail, country, preferred messenger, type of farm, comment;
  • technical data: IP address, address of the page from which the request was submitted, UTM tags, date and time of consent;
  • cookie data — in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • responding to requests, providing consultations, preparing commercial offers;
  • concluding and performing contracts;
  • protecting the Website from spam and abuse;
  • analyzing Website traffic (only with your consent to analytics cookies).

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box in the form, as well as in other cases provided for by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a request to info@bhumi.by.

5. Data Transfer

Request data is stored on the Website's server in the Republic of Belarus. To process requests, the Operator may use: an e-mail service (notifications to info@bhumi.by), the Telegram messenger (notifications to sales staff), the Yandex SmartCaptcha service (protection of forms against spam), and the Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics services (only with consent to analytics cookies). The use of certain services may involve cross-border data transfer; such transfer is carried out on the basis of your consent.

6. Retention Periods

Request data is stored for no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, but no more than 3 years from the date of the last contact, unless a longer period is established by law or contract.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to receive information about the processing of your data, to demand its rectification, the cessation of its processing and its erasure, to withdraw your consent, and to appeal against the Operator's actions to the National Personal Data Protection Center. Please send requests to info@bhumi.by — we will respond within 15 days.

8. Data Protection

The Operator takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect data: connection encryption (HTTPS), restricted access to the administrative area of the Website, and backups.

9. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page; the version number is recorded together with your consent.
